Return & Exchange Policy

Perishable Items (Meats, Seafood, Poultry, Plant-Based Products, Herbs):

Returns: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we can only accept returns for these items if they are brought back to the store within 24 hours of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

Resolution: Customers may choose between a replacement of the item or a refund issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Perishable Items (Wellness Products and Other Non-Perishables):

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
